We will mow your yard front and back as requested, weed eat the property, as well as blow away any yard clippings. In some cases, we will remove excess yard clippings if necessary. We treat your yard like it was ours!

We're going to start offering this service on a limited basis at first. Starting at $599, we will come out your 

property and power wash your drive way, and sidewalk. It's pretty amazing what a good power wash can do for your property. Please note that we will be hooking our hose up to your house for water source. And lastly the $599 starting point is for a regular sized drive way, and a few feet of sidewalk to the left and right of your drive way and the sidewalk leading up to your front door. Larger driveways or corner lots we'll have to come out and give you a free estimate. 

After we mow your yard, we might as well fertilize it as well for you! For a flat rate of $40, we will fertilize your front and back yard for you. You are responsible for the cost of the fertilizer bags. We do however offer a $10 service fee to go to Home Depot and we can buy the fertilizer bags for you (you pay us back for the bags themselves, we will provide receipt...) and bring them to the job. 

Upon request, and for a separate fee, we can also quote you on what it would cost to trim any Shrubs / Hedges / Bushes you might need help with as well. So please let us know.

We can help on certain tree jobs as well, such as : removing dead trees, fallen branches,  canopy thinning and canopy raising! We DO NOT, however, climb really high trees (30 ft plus in height, or take down big branches above your house type of deal. We also do not grind down stumps). That is outside of our scope of work for now. But, contact us either way for a free quote and if we cannot do a job, we probably can refer you to someone in our circle who can!

 We also offer Leaves / leaf pick up / removal.  We charge $10 a bag (large Home Depot bags, will provide bags), and we also offer flat rates of $10 / $20 for hauling bags off (up to 10 bags = $10, 10 bags or more $20).  That's if you don't have curbside pick up in your neighborhood, or if you just want the bags gone the same day. ***7 bag minimum for a lead job, unless we are mowing / edging yard same day.***

Our main focus is taking care of your yard work. However, upon special request, we may be willing to help you with the following areas if we can agree on the price for scope of work wanted:

1) Spreading dirt.

2) Laying down new grass. 

3) Hauling off junk / debris, etc (depending on what it is.) 

1) We are not responsible for your sprinkler system / sprinkler heads. Please make us aware that you have them. We will try and avoid hitting them at all cost, but if one is hit, we are not responsible to fix or replace them. 

2) When mowing, we will move a few items (your grill, a chair or bench or two, etc) around your yard to get the job done right. However, we are not responsible for picking up trash in your yard, dog toys, excessive pots or planters, other yard furniture etc... So please have your yard picked up somewhat before we arrive.

3) When it comes to trimming trees / bushes / shrubs etc, we ARE NOT "professional tree trimmers / or plant experts". We've owned our own homes for over 35 plus years and have trimmed our own trees and bushes and feel like we have a good eye for it, but again we are not experts! (Hints the discounted price you'll receive as well for these services). Another factor - we have no way of monitoring how much or how often you water your trees / shrubs / bushes / plants / yard for that matter, to keep them healthy. 

4) Leaf pick up - We will pick up as many leaves as possible from your yard, but up to 1-10% might remain. We do not and will not, agree to picking up every "single" leaf in your yard. We feel like this should be a given. The majority however, will be removed. We believe in good honest hard work, and will provide that for you. If you want, ask us about the funny story of why we had to create this leaf disclaimer.  :)
